You can sum this young man up in two words. Freaky athleticism!
After debuting in 2003, he has made a habit of defying gravity
and leaving fans and opponents with their jaws glued to the
floor. Haste was trained by Davis Storm & FN Carnage & was first
seen by Perth wrestling fans in the summer of 2003.
Although his athleticism set him apart, he was a work in
progress and it was not until the end of 2005 that Shane would
have a real impact on Australian wrestling. At Explosive Pro
Wrestling’s biggest show for 2005, Haste would face the South
Australian monster, Havok, in the Invitational Tournament final.
Despite suffering a loss that night, he would ride a wave of
momentum that would carry him to future success.
Shane would become a full time singles wrestler in 2006 and
continue the rise the following year. In 2007, he claimed the
EPW Invitational Tournament before going on to win the EPW
championship from Jimmy Payne in August. To show the continue
improvement of this young man he was voted the Best Wrestler in
Western Australian in 2006 & 2007.
Haste has just come off his most successful year as a wrestler
and has started to carve a name out for himself through out
Australian wrestling. Even with all his achievements the future
continues to look bright for this unpredictable talent.
